Delete your Snowdial account

Snowdial, a game by DenkArena (Erdi Karasungur)

In the app (immediately)

• Open Snowdial
• Settings → Save your progress → Delete account
• Confirm

If you have no account but played online: Settings → Delete online data.

Without the app (by email)

Write from your account's email address to snowdial@denkarena.com with the subject "Delete account". We delete your account within 30 days and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

• your account and the linked email address
• your saved game
• your player name, duels, ratings, season points and leaderboard places
• prizes and reports linked to your account

No data is kept unless we are legally required to. The game on your phone stays until you uninstall the app.

Subscription

An active Snowdial Plus subscription is billed via Google Play and is not ended by deleting your account. Please also cancel it in Google Play under Subscriptions.
