Delete account

In the app (immediately)
- Open DenkArena
- Settings → Account and Premium → Delete account
- Confirm
Without the app (by email)
Write from your account's email address to support@denkarena.com with the subject "Delete account". We delete your account within 30 days and confirm it by email.
What is deleted
- your account and the linked email address
- saved progress, points, rank and items obtained in the shop
- daily results, league memberships and display names
- anonymous usage statistics linked to your device
Community levels you published are deleted as well. No data is kept unless we are legally required to.
Subscription
An active Premium subscription is billed via Google Play or the App Store and is not ended by deleting your account. Please also cancel it in your store's subscription settings.
